Your Role Are you an energetic and upbeat automotive technician with a passion for problem-solving? If you thrive on delivering exceptional service and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction. Gain experience across a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles. Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections. Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently. Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer issues. Work together with fellow technicians to meet deadlines and achieve outstanding results. What We’re Looking For A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve customers. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic. ASE Certifications are preferred, or a plan to achieve them. Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles. A track record of meeting or exceeding hourly goals. A willingness to learn new skills and processes. A professional appearance and strong communication skills. A desire for long-term career development. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and/or move over 100 pounds occasionally. Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above head. Capable of working in tight spaces as needed for repairs. Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools. Ability to walk/stand for the majority of the workday. Experience driving manual transmission vehicles. Proficient in navigating a computer. Why Join Us?
