Your Role Are you an energetic and upbeat automotive technician with a knack for problem-solving? We want you to join our team As a Master Automotive Technician, you will: Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles for our valued guests. Gain hands-on experience with a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles. Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections. Collaborate with a dynamic team to address guest concerns swiftly and effectively. Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Communicate effectively with the service department regarding guest needs. Work alongside fellow technicians to solve challenges, meet deadlines, and achieve outstanding results. What We’re Looking For If you’re ready to take your career to the next level, here’s what you need: A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests. 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic. ASE Certifications are preferred, or a plan to achieve them. Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles. A track record of meeting or exceeding hourly goals. A willingness to learn new skills and processes. A professional appearance and strong communication skills. A commitment to long-term career development. Physical Requirements To thrive in this role, you should be able to: Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds. Work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head. Navigate tight spaces as needed for repairs. Demonstrate dexterity to efficiently use hand tools. Stand or walk for the majority of your workday. Drive manual transmission vehicles.
