If you’re an enthusiastic automotive technician ready to make a real impact, we want to hear from you Your Role As a Master Automotive Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in our mission to deliver exceptional service. Your skills will help us tackle challenging problems and ensure our guests leave with smiles on their faces. Here’s what you’ll be doing: Diagnosing and repairing vehicles with precision and care. Expanding your expertise across a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles. Conducting thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections. Collaborating with a dynamic team to swiftly address guest concerns. Upholding our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Communicating effectively with both the service department and our guests. Working alongside fellow technicians to meet deadlines and achieve outstanding results. What We’re Looking For If you have a positive attitude and a passion for serving guests, you might be the perfect fit Here are the qualifications we seek: 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic. ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them. Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles. Commitment to meeting or exceeding hourly goals. Aptitude for learning new skills and processes. Professional appearance and strong communication skills. A desire for long-term career development. Physical Requirements This role requires physical stamina and dexterity. You should be able to: Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds. Work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head. Navigate tight spaces as needed for repairs. Efficiently use hand tools with the required dexterity. Stand or walk for the majority of your workday. Drive manual transmission vehicles.
