If you’re ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you Your Role As an Automotive Technician, you’ll be the hero our customers rely on. If you have a positive attitude and a knack for tackling tough challenges, this is your chance to shine Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair vehicles using your expertise and skills. Gain hands-on experience with a variety of domestic and foreign vehicles. Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections. Collaborate with your team to address customer concerns efficiently. Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer needs. Work alongside fellow technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines. What We’re Looking For Qualifications: A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve customers. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic. ASE Certifications are preferred, or a plan to achieve them. Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles. Meet or exceed hourly performance goals. A willingness to learn new skills and processes. Professional appearance and strong communication skills. A desire for long-term career development. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and/or move over 100 pounds occasionally. Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head. Ability to work in tight spaces as needed for repairs. Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools. Willingness to walk or stand for most of the workday. Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
