If you’re energetic, upbeat, and ready to tackle challenges, we want you on our team Your Role As a Master Automotive Technician, you will be at the heart of our operations, diagnosing and repairing vehicles for our valued guests. Your expertise will help us maintain our high standards of service and safety. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicles using your skills and knowledge. Gain hands-on experience with a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles. Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections. Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns efficiently. Uphold our standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Communicate effectively with the service department regarding guest needs. Work alongside fellow technicians to meet deadlines and deliver outstanding results. What We’re Looking For Qualifications: A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve guests. 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic. ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them. Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles. Commitment to meeting or exceeding hourly goals. Aptitude for learning new skills and processes. Professional appearance and strong communication skills. A desire for long-term career development. Physical Requirements Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds. Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head. Capable of working in tight spaces as needed for repairs. Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools. Ability to walk/stand for the majority of the workday. Experience driving manual transmission vehicles. Proficient in navigating a computer. Why Join Us?
