Your Role Are you an energetic and upbeat automotive technician with a passion for problem-solving? We’re looking for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional service to our customers. If you have a positive attitude and a knack for finding solutions, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles for our valued customers. Gain hands-on experience working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles. Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections. Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot customer concerns efficiently. Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer needs. Work together with fellow technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines. What We’re Looking For A positive attitude and a strong desire to serve customers. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic. ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them. Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles. A commitment to meeting or exceeding hourly goals. A willingness to learn new skills and processes. A professional appearance and excellent communication skills. A desire for long-term career development. Physical Requirements Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds. Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head. Comfortable working in tight spaces as needed for repairs. Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools. Ability to walk or stand for the majority of the workday. Capability to drive manual transmission vehicles. Proficiency in navigating a computer. Why Join Us?
