Wendys Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor will utilize knowledge of positional skills, customer service and courtesy, health and safety regulations and all Wendys policies and procedures; the Shift Supervisor position is responsible for providing quality products and service in a clean and safe environment to each and every customer. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Managing the crew team Acting as cash manager during the shift Assisting in management coverage Basic interview and administrative duties Working the food counter Working at the cash register Taking customers orders correctly and efficiently Maintaining a clean restaurant environment Working in multiple parts of the Wendys restaurant Legally able to work in the United States High school diploma or GED Possess a valid and active driver license At least 1 year restaurant experience Must be at least 18 years old Able to pass and background check and drug screen Flexible scheduling up to 40 hours a week Free uniforms Competitive pay Paid parking and badging Additional benefits for salaried management positions #J-18808-Ljbffr
