Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee multiple commercial properties in the Twin Cities area. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills to manage day-to-day operations effectively. This role may also involve participation in acquisitions, providing insight and analysis on potential properties. Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently. Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and property policies. Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and tenant move-ins/outs. Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and vendors as needed. Prepare and manage property budgets, including forecasting and reporting. Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants. Participate in property acquisitions, providing market analysis and operational insights. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Qualifications: Real Estate or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property management. Strong understanding of commercial leases, property maintenance, and financial management. Experience with property acquisitions is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Real Estate License in Minnesota is a plus.
