Job Overview The Kodiak program seeks a 24?hour/week part?time Information Review and Release Analyst based in the Tysons, VA area. The primary responsibility is to research, review, and redact national security equities from various documents (electronically and/or manually), including litigation requirements supporting the Office of Military Commissions, federal courts, other executive agencies, and Congress. The right candidate must have a thorough understanding of reviewing and redacting documents both electronically and/or manually. The individual will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of all documents being reviewed in compliance with customer criteria and satisfaction. This candidate must be proficient in Excel, possess strong research skills, work well in a team, and have impeccable attention to detail. Responsibilities Review documents using criteria for FOIA, Privacy Act (PA), Executive Order Mandatory Declassification Review (EOMDR) programs, and EO 13526 (and amendments). Apply review standards, conduct special searches, and follow internal declassification guidance provided by the customer. Ensure compliance with client specifications and schedule deliverables. Support a combination of tasks requested by the customer. Mandatory Qualifications & Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in a team environment. Analytical, detail?oriented, and strong work ethic. Substantive knowledge of general worldwide events. Knowledge of FOIA, PA, EOMDR programs, and EO 13526. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, and customer electronic databases. Ability to multitask, schedule, and identify process improvement opportunities. Must understand security requirements and adhere to them. Knowledge of the intelligence community and other government agencies. Security Clearance TS/SCI With polygraph required Day 1. Eligibility Minimum 6 years of experience, bachelors degree, plus at least 3 years of professional experience specific to the skills.
