Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr About The Role Join the KNS Creative Team dedicated to impactful storytelling and distinct brand presence across a dynamic multi-brand portfolio. Own the creative vision and storytelling for all brands. You'll set the strategic direction, translating business objectives into powerful creative narratives and measurable performance outcomes. Key Responsibilities Define brand storytelling frameworks and campaign concepts. Direct creative quality, consistency, and alignment across all brands and channels. Collaborate with senior marketing leaders and brand presidents to meet business and revenue goals. Mentor and manage the creative team, ensuring efficient resource use and team development. Evaluate creative performance, continuously refining strategies based on analytics and insights. Required Qualifications 10+ years in creative direction, brand strategy, or related roles. Proven experience managing multi-brand creative initiatives. Demonstrable success translating strategy into creative execution. Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills. Expertise in performance marketing and storytelling frameworks.
