Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of this mission?critical project, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical requirements, and timelines. Coordinate cross?functional teams and stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure success of enterprise software migrations and cloud technologies. Responsibilities Project Leadership Lead end?to?end migration of Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter from an on?premise environment to the cloud. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and third?party vendors to define and meet project objectives. Communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including executive leadership. Risk & Issue Management Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address issues and roadblocks to minimize delays and disruptions. Team Coordination Coordinate developers, architects, testers, and business analysts across both migration efforts. Technical Oversight Ensure design, configuration, and implementation of Guidewire products in the cloud. Maintain data integrity, system interoperability, and security. Technical Qualifications 8+ years of IT project management focused on M&A or IT integration projects. Proven experience managing Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter implementations. Expertise in cloud technologies, migration strategies, data security, and performance optimization. Track record of managing large?scale IT integrations across multiple regions or business units. 3+ years experience in Commercial Insurance. Skilled in waterfall, agile, and hybrid project?delivery methodologies. Detailed knowledge of PMLC and SDLC methodologies. Strong facilitation and cross?functional team management skills. Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships. Strong management skills in a matrix environment, fostering collaboration and accountability. Experience using project and portfolio management tools (e.g., MS Project). Proficiency in managing vendor relationships and change management strategies.
