Sr Guidewire Project Manager Only W2 We are hiring a Senior Guidewire Project Manager for multiple locations across the United States (New York City, NY; Purchase, NY; Garden City, NY; Morristown, NJ; Conshohocken, PA; Charlotte, NC; Alpharetta, GA). This is a W2 contract position requiring three days a week in office. Role Summary Lead and manage the migration of Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter to a cloud-based environment, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical requirements, and timelines. Key Qualifications 8+ years of IT project management with a focus on M&A or IT integration projects. Proven experience managing Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter implementations. Expertise in cloud technologies, including migration strategies, data security, and performance optimization. Strong facilitation and cross?functional team management skills. Experience with Project and Portfolio Management tools such as MS Project. Skilled in waterfall, agile, and hybrid project?delivery methodologies. Detailed knowledge of PMLC, SDLC methodologies. 3+ years in Commercial Insurance. Strong vendor relationship management and change?management skills. Must Have Skills Commercial Insurance Guidewire ClaimCenter Guidewire PolicyCenter M&A Integration Responsibilities Project Leadership orchestrate end?to?end migration of Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter from on?premise to cloud. Stakeholder Management collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and third?party vendors; communicate progress, risks, and issues to executive leadership. Risk and Issue Management identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address roadblocks to keep the project on schedule. Team Coordination coordinate developers, architects, testers, and business analysts across both migration efforts. Technical Oversight work closely with technical teams to design, configure, and implement Guidewire solutions in the cloud; ensure data integrity and system security. Budget and Resource Management manage project budget and allocate resources efficiently. Documentation and Reporting produce status reports and maintain project documentation.
