Partner Account Manager - Orange County, CA Luna Physical Therapy provides innovative physical therapy solutions and is looking for a Partner Account Manager (PAM) in Orange County. The PAM will educate physicians about Lunas services and secure patient referrals, building and maintaining relationships with providers across the region. Base Pay Range $70,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities Act as the regional face of Luna, building relationships with providers through consistent outreach. Manage 3+ markets and focus on key partners to drive sales growth. Collaborate with PRM partners to expand territory and increase physician awareness. Schedule and conduct virtual and in?person briefings to introduce providers to the Luna process. Identify growth opportunities, execute plans, and meet or exceed monthly productivity goals. Maintain accurate data and follow up on all partner interactions. Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and contribute to team success. Demonstrate a resilient, determined attitude in all activities. Qualifications 5+ years of related sales experience. Healthcare background preferred (PT, PTA, OT, RN, ATC). Experience with email campaigns and other marketing methods. Result?driven, strong communication skills. Valid drivers license. Proficiency in G?Suite; HubSpot experience a plus.
