You will be required to engage across FFIO to create a robust control environment, leveraging automation and data analytics to identify and remediate control gaps and to manage the effective execution of key controls. Along with internal coordination and communication, you will work extensively with leaders of all operational areas, as well as FFIO Risk and Technology.The role is expected to be both an executor and strategic contributor to the FFIO Digital Operations organization and participate in planning and delivering quality management training and education, associate development and other cross-organizational opportunities as needed. Collaborating with business partners on process improvement recommendations and resolution of issues Performing trend analysis of quality data to identify common root causes and determine improvement opportunities Communicating quality trends, outcomes and recommendations to senior leadership Deploying new control processes to reduce risk in the operating environment Handling escalated situations with appropriate urgency, context, and risk mitigation focus**The Expertise and Skills You Bring** A Bachelors degree Demonstrated experience in operations, process and /or quality management Communication & Listening skills: Excellent written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
