The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced ERP System Administrator to join our IT team at the Charlotte Distribution Center. This hands?on role supports Thibauts ERP system and integrated platforms, ensuring seamless data flow, reliability, and user support across business operations. What Youll Do Serve as the primary administrator for Thibauts ERP system and connected applications. Provide daily end?user support for ERP?related functions (order management, inventory, purchasing). Manage user provisioning, permissions, and troubleshooting of ERP workflows. Write and maintain SQL queries for reporting, validation, and issue resolution. Monitor integrations between ERP and third?party systems (reporting, shipping, payment). Support warehouse IT operations including hardware setup, Zebra printers, scanners, and Windows/macOS systems. Participate in ERP projects, updates, and performance improvements. What Youll Bring Associates or Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 24 years of ERP administration and support experience (Infor SyteLine or similar preferred). Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365. Hands?on experience supporting IT hardware in a distribution or manufacturing environment. Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Collaborative, detail?oriented, and service?driven mindset. Preferred Skills & Certifications Knowledge of API or middleware integrations. Experience in hybrid cloud/on?prem environments (Azure preferred). CompTIA, Microsoft, or SQL certifications are a plus.
