Compensation Base pay range: $135,000.00/yr $150,000.00/yr Responsibilities rique Positive culture builder within our People?First organization. Strategic leadership for HR teams at both properties. Training and mentoring. Employee recognition and retention champion. Impactful leader in employee relations matters. ????< li>Strong mentor to HR coordinator, department managers, and team. Compliance with statutory requirements and all Illinois state laws. Budgeting and coordination of related activities to support departmental objectives. Implementation, administration, and monitoring of all training programs. Compliance with all state and federal laws, regulations, and court rulings pertaining to Human Resources. Maintaining all hotel personnel records and human resource files, ensuring confidentiality. Qualifications Proven track record as a successful people operations leader as a hotel or resort Human Resources Director. 10 years of progressive Human Resources Director or above experience required. College degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Hospitality, or Travel & Tourism Management. Resort, hotel or hospitality experience required. Thorough knowledge of Federal & State laws pertaining to HR. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Strong analytical, problem?solving, & organization skills. Ability to multitask in a demanding environment. Commitment to maintaining a positive and organized work environment.
