Human Resources Program Director This position is located in the Management Services Division - Human Resources at DRS State Office in Oklahoma City. The position serves as director of a multi-disciplinary human resources organization in a large state agency, with responsibility for oversight of Talent Acquisition, Recruitment and Retention; Employee Relations and Compliance; Performance Management; Payroll, Leave and Retirement; and Professional Development. The applicant must be willing to perform all job-related travel and a trial period is required. The Department of Rehabilitation Services will conduct a criminal background check on new hires as part of an offer of employment that is made contingent upon a successful criminal background check. The Department of Rehabilitation Services provides a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our employees and their dependents.
