Base pay range $135,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr Solu is currently seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join our banking clients team. The Senior .NET Developer will support the Loan Market Solutions group within the Bank, which is responsible for servicing syndicated and bilateral loan transactions and providing agency services. This role plays a critical part in modernizing and supporting the Banks core loan servicing platforms and integrations. The developer will lead and contribute to complex full?stack development efforts, drive re?architecture to API?based design patterns, assist in major infrastructure migration work, and ensure system reliability in a highly regulated financial environment. The Senior Developer will collaborate with architecture, operations, and business stakeholders while also mentoring junior staff and ensuring adherence to development standards and risk controls. Responsibilities Lead complex software design, development, and analysis efforts using .NET and C#. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and support legacy SOAP integration points. Drive interface modernization from direct DB access to secure API architectures. Support a major data center migration initiative over the next 69 months. Analyze and document highly complex system workflows and business rules. Interpret and troubleshoot Oracle SQL stored procedures. Plan and execute detailed test scenarios; perform debugging and performance tuning. Mentor junior developers and provide oversight of development work. Participate in technology evaluations and recommend modernization improvements. Ensure reliability, compliance, and operational integrity of supported applications. Adhere to the Banks risk controls, internal standards, and secure development practices. Qualifications Minimum Associate degree and 6+ years of systems analysis/application development (or 8+ combined years of education and development experience). Strong, hands?on development experience with C# / .NET Framework & .NET Core. Experience building and supporting REST APIs and maintaining SOAP services. Familiarity with Oracle Database, including reading PL/SQL stored procedures. Experience with GitLab CI/CD, code scanning, and refactoring best practices. Ability to analyze complex integrations and system interdependencies. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting migration or modernization initiatives. Financial services industry or commercial lending experience. Exposure to LoanIQ, Python, Cognos, or Power BI.
