The Senior Software Developer .NET is responsible for complex analysis, design, design review, development, code review, and unit testing from user requirements of custom software applications for existing business and new lines of business. This position will provide detailed technical design and development of applications, process automation solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms and document and demonstrate solutions by developing flowcharts, layouts, diagram, charts, code comments and clear code. Job Responsibilities:Develop modular and reusable code components following best practices and standards.Interact with users to understand business requirements/process flows and translate into technical requirements for assigned projects and job requests.Collaborate with leads, other developers, project managers, customers, database and system administrators for end to end application development and implementation.Participate in design and code review sessions.Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to the development team.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development and apply this knowledge to improve the quality and efficiency of software applications. Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience of software development methodologies and implementation of Windows applications utilizing Microsoft .NET technology stackStrong hands on experience with reporting tools like Microsoft SSRS. Strong experience with SQL database design and development writing stored procedures, SSIS, etc.Banking and/or financial services industry experience is preferredProven ability to successfully deliver high-quality, complex systems using Software development methods, independently as well as in a team environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and generate practical solutions in a logical mannerExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to explain technical information to a non-technical audience Salary Range:$75,502.00 - $124,039.00Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.In addition to base salary, WSFS Financial Corporation (WSFS) and its subsidiaries may offer eligible Associates discretionary and formula-based incentive and retention awards.
