Our Sr. Business Analyst is accountable for: Rate Card Development: Build and maintain detailed MSP client rate cards using Brightfield's TDX technology. Gather, analyze, and incorporate historical MSP rate data to inform competitive market benchmarks. Structure Excel models to accurately reflect comprehensive pricing and supplier components. Supplier Survey Management: Design and administer quantitative surveys to MSP suppliers, collecting actionable rate information. Analyze survey results to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to optimize rate card strategies. Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization. Strong knowledge of structured analysis and design techniques. Proven analytical skills, problem solving ability and decision making.
