Our Sr. Business Analyst is accountable for:

  • Rate Card Development:
  • Build and maintain detailed MSP client rate cards using Brightfield's TDX technology.
  • Gather, analyze, and incorporate historical MSP rate data to inform competitive market benchmarks.
  • Structure Excel models to accurately reflect comprehensive pricing and supplier components.
  • Supplier Survey Management:
  • Design and administer quantitative surveys to MSP suppliers, collecting actionable rate information.
  • Analyze survey results to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to optimize rate card strategies.

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
  • Strong knowledge of structured analysis and design techniques
  • Proven analytical skills, problem solving ability and decision making
