Production Operator

Production Line Operator Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is accepting applications for a Production Line Operator. As a Production Line Operator, you will be part of the Production department supporting the overall production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Line Operator Location: Paducah, KY Pay Range: $17.00 per hour What's the Job? Weigh up raw materials for production use according to batch tickets, ensuring accurate lot numbers. Package finished goods into boxes, inspecting pouches for damage or foreign materials prior to packing. Demonstrate forklift proficiency and perform tasks in other areas of Staging and Packaging as needed. Follow all work instructions and safety rules without exception, including the consistent use of all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Actively participate in general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe plant and work area. What's Needed? Good math, reading, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work a physically demanding day, including standing for extended periods, lifting, bending, and twisting. Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds alone, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds with assistance. Some prior experience operating a forklift is required.
