The Shift Leader will work with the Restaurant Management Team to make sure all activities are consistent with and supportive of the Restaurant's business plan. They will ensure all team members are performing their job responsibilities and meeting expectations. Shift Leader Job Expectations: The Shift Leader performs Leadership, Management, and Organizational tasks while supervising fellow teammates, monitoring their performances, to ensure they comply with company and safety policies, and delegate tasks properly. Roaring Fork Restaurant Group is a locally owned and operated Qdoba Mexican Eats franchise, with locations in WI, IL, and IA. Celebrating 27 years in business this year, based in Milwaukee and currently operate 62 locations within the territory, making us one of the largest Qdoba franchisee nationally. In September of 2021, a Master Development Agreement was signed to bring 17 (10 Currently) Dave's to Wisconsin over the next 5 years thus ushering in a new chapter of exciting growth for Roaring Fork Restaurant Group Our company operates under the core philosophies of service and results orientation, integrity, personal accountability, and commitment.
