Shift Lead Front of House BBQ Holdings, Inc. is looking for a Shift Lead to manage restaurant operations and staff during an assigned shift. Responsibilities Supervise employees during scheduled shifts. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Maintain restaurant cleanliness. Resolve guest issues. Lead through high standards of service, systems, and culture. Execute menu items to recipe standards. Control costs and quality. Achieve financial results through systems and standards. Analyze business metrics, focus on sales, COG, labor, operating expenses. Perform all duties as assigned. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required. Valid drivers license and car insurance required. 2 years restaurant or equivalent experience preferred. Time management and organizational skills required. Internal motivation, detail oriented, passion for brand and teaching others required. Strong communication, guest service, listening skills required. Flexible schedule, work minimum 3 shift leader shifts per period, days nights weekends holidays required. Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, alcohol safety, security systems preferred. Additional Requirements Successfully complete required training, on-the-job checklists, quizzes, annual re-certification. NRA ServSafe food and alcohol certifications preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
