Starting Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour. You will work Monday?Friday 7am?5pm and Saturday 8am?12pm; Sunday is closed. Key Responsibilities Connecting with customers and making product recommendations. Mixing, tinting, and matching paint to meet customer specifications. Learning about PPC Brands and assisting customers in the store. Processing orders and payments via phone, in?person, online, and email. Tinting and color matching customer requirements. Safely handling, loading, and unloading products for stocking and order fulfillment. Supporting general store operations as needed. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a valid, unrestricted drivers license issued by the state in which the position is based with a satisfactory driving record. Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly. Customer service skills with a team?oriented focus. Available to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime. Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision and follow written and verbal instructions. Authorized to work in the U.S. without employment?based visa sponsorship; this includes H?1B, L?1, TN, O?1, E?3, H?1B1, F?1, J?1, OPT, CPT, or any other employment?based visas.
