Description Hiring Immediately Store Sales Associate in Juliet, TN Starting Pay Rate: $ 15.00 per hour Full-Time Benefits and Weekly Pay This position is for Full-Time Day Shift scheduled within typical store hours (Overtime and weekends as needed): Monday - Friday: 7am - 5pm Saturday: 8am - 12pm Sunday: Closed As a Store Sales Associate in our retail environment, you will engage directly with customers to help them select the right products for their painting projects. This role emphasizes customer service and requires a confident, responsible individual who takes initiative. At The Pittsburgh Paints Co. you'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills and grow within the company. Key Responsibilities May Include Connecting with customers and making product recommendations. Mix, tint, and match paint to meet customer specifications. Learning about PPC Brands, and how to help in a store. Process orders and payments via phone, in person, online, and email. Tinting and color matching customer requirement. Safely handle, load, and unload products for stocking and order fulfillment. Support general store operations as needed. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license issued by the state in which the position is based with a satisfactory driving record. Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly. Customer service skills with a team-oriented focus. Available to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime. Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision and follow written and verbal instructions.
