Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.We are looking for a/an Master Electrician to join our Services_AME team in United States .Your main tasks and responsibilities:Plan, install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with local codes and safety standards.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.Troubleshoot electrical systems and diagnose malfunctions or breakdowns using appropriate testing devices.Ensure that all electrical work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building regulations.Assist and mentor journeyman and apprentice electricians.Estimate time and material costs for electrical projects.Maintain accurate documentation, including work orders, service reports, and inventory logs.Work collaboratively with contractors, engineers, and other construction professionals.Stay up to date on industry trends, code changes, and new technologies.Willing to assist teammates in other trades when required.Ability to operate forklifts and manlifts.To succeed in this role, you will need:Valid Texas Master Electrician license.High school diploma or GED; technical training or associate degree in electrical systems preferred.Minimum 7-10 years of electrical experience.In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and equipment.Strong understanding of NEC, local codes, and safety regulations.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team effectively.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Must have the require tools to perform expected tasks.What we offer you:11 Paid Holidays15 Paid Time Off (PTO) DaysMedical, dental, vision, life & disability401K with 6% company matchEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee Wellness ProgramNew onsite cafeteria, all meals subsidized (La Porte Service Center)No visa or work permit support can be provided for this roleSulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
