With over 400 engineers, technicians and professional staff, we're proud to foster an inclusive culture of excellence and progression that's dedicated to serving our customers.Commitment to Diversity & Military VeteransBattle-Tested Leadership Experience100% Data Center FocusedOwner-Operator MindsetJob DescriptionThe Journeyman-Electrical/Electrical Technician should be a outside linemen, inside wiremen, installer technician, electrician, or Master Electrician who has been engaged at the trade for at least five (5) years.The Journeyman-Electrical/Electrical Technician will be responsible for performing journey-level electrical duties in the diagnosis, maintenance and repair of electrical equipment.RESPONSIBILITIESLighting PMsBattery PMsRack moves, deployments, and decommissioningSecurity gate repairInverter testing on battery backups for lightsTeam scheduling and material requisitionReceptacle panel installations and retrofitsMTS board validations, actuation, and installationElectrical Panel SchedulesSpill Prevention kits for Generators, Substations, etc.Heat trace annual testing and installation/retrofitsElectrical project supportWillpower issues (Nonscheduled, high priority work); Usually DC floor related issues related to coolingQualificationsEDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCEAt least five (5) years of experience in the tradeUnlimited Electrical or Contractor's license (required)Formal training in approved vocational schools in the fundamentals of the tradeAdditional InformationPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
