TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is hiring drivers (no CDL required).What We OfferStarting pay: $15-$18/hour plus tipsOpportunities to earn additional pay through optional interstate moves or overtime hoursPay raise within first year if performance metrics are met401k and paid time off availableShift Information: Full-time and part-time schedules available Monday through SaturdayAll employees are trained on safe lifting and moving techniquesOpportunities for career growth and advancementIf you do not currently have a commercial driver's license, you will be trained to drive a commercial vehicle and will be supported in getting your Class C licenseWhat You'll DoGreet customer upon arrival at location, make a positive first impression (smile, handshake, positive attitude), and complete a walk-through of the premisesProvide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customers' belongingsWorking with a team of movers, load and unload moving truckAccurately complete paperwork and payment collectionSafely drive and maneuver a 26-foot moving truckWhat We're Looking ForMust be at least 21 years of age due to insurance restrictionsMust possess a valid driver's license and a good driving recordMust be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screenStamina to lift and carry heavy items (100 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing stairs, balancing, walking, etc.Strong problem-solving abilityHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredExcellent customer service skillsProfessional attitude and demeanorExperience as a non-CDL driver or in general labor, loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly, or warehouse helpfulHere at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, our core purpose is to move people forward, both personally and professionally.
