H&M is a subsidiary of MasTec, a certified Minority-Controlled Company by the National Minority Supplier.Henkels & McCoy currently seeking Laborers for our Telecom program in Indiana.Current work locations are: Elkhart, Valparaiso, Lafayette, Kokomo, Marion ResponsibilitiesBroom/Shovel work assisting crew in underground utility construction.Assist crew members in trenching, digging, pulling and removing material.Operate power equipment for demolition, concrete removal, grading, truck/dumpster loading, site clean-up and other general tasks using company and/or rental equipment.Monitor and maintain condition of company equipment.Loads and unload trucks and haul/hoist materials.Participate in daily job briefing and safety meetings. QualificationsMust be able to lift, reach, dig and carry heavy objects; with frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and infrequent lifting of up to 100 pounds.Must be able to wear all required personal safety equipment.A valid drivers license is required.Pre-Employment Drug Testing.Must be available for overtime weekday and/or weekend.Labor experience in utilities, preferred but not required.Henkels & McCoy, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans, and Individual with DisabilitiesHenkels and McCoy is a Union Employer
