Rôle :Ce poste offre une opportunité unique de rejoindre en tant qu'Investment Manager l'équipe d'investissement Nature Based Solutions au sein de l'équipe d'Ardian Infrastructure qui gère aujourd'hui 41 milliards de dollars d'actifs et a réalisé plus de 70 investissements depuis son lancement. Vous serez basé(e) au bureau de Paris et vous intégrerez une équipe NBS dédiée au financement de restauration des écosystèmes (forêts, mangroves, tourbières) à travers une approche " financement de projet ".Vous aurez également l'opportunité de travailler étroitement avec les équipes Sustainibility d'Ardian. Vous pourrez être amené(e) à vous déplacer à l'étranger.Vous participerez aux principales activités de l'équipe :* Investissement* Contribution à la revue des opportunités d'investissement en NBS et à l'analyse détaillée des cibles retenues* Modélisation financière sous Excel: plan d'affaires, structure de capital, financement, valorisation* Participation au processus de due diligence des cibles d'investissement (incluant la prise en charge de certains chantiers en autonomie)* Assistance dans la préparation de la documentation juridique des transactions (incluant les aspects de financement et de structuration)* Préparation des présentations internes de valorisation et rédaction des memoranda à destination du comité d'investissement* Participation au processus de syndication auprès des investisseurs des fonds généralistes européens.* Asset management* Suivi des sociétés en portefeuille dans lesquelles le fonds NBS sera investi, en particulier préparation des réunions des instances de gouvernance (conseil de surveillance et comités)* Mise à jour des modèles financiers servant de base à la valorisation trimestrielle de nos investissements* Préparation des documents de reporting interne et à destination des investisseurs* Contribution aux processus de cession des sociétés en portefeuille le cas échéant* Transverse* Participation au processus de levée de fonds* Participation au processus de reporting consolidé au niveau de notre portefeuilleProfil :* Expérience professionnelle entre 3 et 5ans idéalement dans le secteur des infrastructures, soit au sein d'une banque d'investissement ou de financement de premier plan, d'un fonds d'investissement ou d'une entreprise industrielle du secteur* Excellent parcours académique au sein d'une école d'ingénieur ou de commerce* Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, idéalement d'une troisième langue européenne (espagnol ou portugais)* Compétences solides en modélisation financière et très bonne maîtrise d'Excel* Intérêt fort pour les enjeux liés aux projets de capital naturelCompétences Requises :* Excellentes capacités analytiques et quantitatives* Engagement et forte motivation* Rigueur et efficacité* Curiosité intellectuelle et envie d'apprendre* Proactivité et capacité à travailler en autonomie* Volonté permanente de progresser* Esprit d'équipe et très bonnes qualités relationnelles dans un environnement international
