Starting Pay: $14/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 50–60 hours/week (weekend work only as needed)

We're currently seeking a motivated Transload Yard Operator to support our growing operations. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a high-performance team — we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Transload all railcars and trailers in a productive, safe, and effective manner.
- Perform inspection checklists and report daily equipment inspections.
- Maintain cleanliness, overall visual appearance, and organization of the yard.
- Report all equipment for repairs if needed.
- Operates mobile conveyor systems properly and efficiently.
- Communicates safety issues to Management and reports any service problems
- Safely enter and exit confined space.
What You Bring:
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Prior equipment operation experience preferred but not required — we'll train the right candidate
