The Airport Operations team keeps operations running smoothly every day, from the check‑in counter to the departure gate and the movement of checked bags. The supervisor focuses on leading and developing front‑line co‑workers to deliver consistent, excellent customer service and a quality product in accordance with company guidelines. Responsibilities Lead front‑line co‑workers to ensure on‑time, quality customer service and product delivery. Engage and recognize external customers and monitor co‑worker behavior for consistency and compliance with company standards. Monitor team, zone or cell performance, taking actions as necessary to meet daily goals. Assess and delegate work tasks to Service Directors, Leads or Pursers. Identify issues and engage in structured problem solving to assist co‑workers in accomplishing work. Conduct trend analyses, review key metrics, and lead performance dialogues with co‑workers. Develop and implement standard work and continuous improvement processes. Set expectations for performance standards, including consistent delivery of service and product. Provide front‑line co‑workers with coaching, feedback and recognition. Communicate priorities effectively across shifts to ensure continuity. Serve as a subject‑matter expert on service procedures and safety. Develop actions plans for behavior change and provide technical guidance on company and union policies. Conduct investigations into performance, safety, complaints and other work issues. Document performance issues and complete mandatory regulatory documentation. Attend division/unit meetings and participate in collateral projects. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Experience leading a team with customer service background. Strong written and oral communication skills. Conflict resolution and decision‑making abilities. Experience supervising union personnel (plus). Proficient in IT systems and common software. Business acumen and continuous improvement mindset. Customer focus, safety orientation, and teamwork. Planning, multi‑tasking, accountability, and engagement skills. Ability to ensure front‑line co‑workers meet service, performance and safety objectives. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years equivalent work experience. Compensation $75,970.80 – $92,853.20 per year.
