Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.About the roleThe Logistics Clerk performs administrative, clerical, and support functions in a fast-paced, high volume (40-50 trucks per day) shipping office. The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate, and efficient shipping and receiving of finished goods and raw materials.Your responsibilitiesPrepares necessary domestic and export shipping documents and confirms order in appropriate computer systemCompletes driver check-in and check-out proceduresCoordinates flow of finished goods by closely interfacing with planners, RB LCs, and carriersSchedules inbound component deliveriesCoordinates drop lot operations; interfaces with third party spotting serviceAnalyze and correct shipping & receiving discrepancies in appropriate business systemAdhere to quality standards, logistics SOPs, and relevant work instructionsPerforms other duties as instructed by the Logistics Area ManagerThe experience we're looking forHigh School Graduate (required)1-2 years' experience in shipping / receiving.Proficient with Word / Excel / OutlookHigh attention to detail and focus on accuracyAbility to work in a fast-paced factory environmentWorks well in a team environment, focused on deliverablesStrong interpersonal skillsThe skills for successWhat we offerWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
