Youll thrive if you love analyzing reports, solving problems, meeting new people, training and developing teams, and spending plenty of time on the road.ResponsibilitiesSpread the Baldor WordDrive new business by visiting clients, connecting by phone, deepening your knowledge of specialty foods, farms, and local partners, and participating in market research.Manage the MoneyMaintain and monitor sales budgets across daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual timelines. Review regional expenses and recommend opportunities for improvement.Share Your Two CentsAnalyze results and the competitive landscape, providing insights and recommendations to the Director of Sales on products, services, and policies.Nerd Out on DataSubmit and review activity and performance reports, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.Master the TechBecome an expert on the Baldor website so you can coach customers and your team on its features and benefits.Love Productive MeetingsParticipate in weekly strategy sessions with the Sales Director and lead regular check-ins with Sales Executives and Associates.Lead to SuccessManage and develop a regional sales team by setting and forecasting individual, team, and regional short- and long-term goals.
