MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Helpdesk Technician in the Fort Meade, MD area.In this role, you will provide Tier 1 on-site and remote support for computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, and teleconferencing equipment.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Respond to customers' requests for modifications to organizational policies based on Risk Management Framework requirements.Coordinate response to customer requests with Systems AdministratorsCoordination of risk management frameworkMinimum Qualifications:High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years of related experience OR an Associate's Degree and 2 years of related experienceExperience supporting end user terminal devices; device management, security and operationsSecurity Clearance Requirements:Current/Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.Physical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.MANTECH International Corporation considers all qualified applicants for employment without regard to disability or veteran status or any other status protected under any federal, state, or local law or regulation.If you need a reasonable accommodation to apply for a position with MANTECH, please email us at careers@mantech.com and provide your name and contact information.
