Are you a hands-on professional who takes pride in precision and craftsmanship? We're looking for a Painter and Maintenance Assistant to join our dynamic facilities team. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining the aesthetic and structural integrity of our spaces through expert painting, patching, and repair work. You'll also collaborate closely with our skilled carpenters, gaining exposure to a variety of maintenance tasks and projects.What You'll Do:Perform high-quality painting of walls, ceilings, and other surfacesRepair and patch drywall, plaster, and other finishesAssist carpenters with general maintenance and repair tasksEnsure work areas are clean, safe, and organizedContribute to a positive and efficient team environmentWhat We're Looking For:A detail-oriented and dependable individual with a strong work ethicExperience in painting and basic maintenance or constructionAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA proactive approach to problem-solving and task completionThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, takes pride in a job well done, and wants to grow their skills in a supportive environment.SAFETY SENSITIVE JOB CLASSIFICATION:This job is classified as a "safety-sensitive" position as defined by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act. Marijuana is one of the substances included in the drug panel screening.
