Are you a hands-on professional who takes pride in precision and craftsmanship? We're looking for a Painter and Maintenance Assistant to join our dynamic facilities team. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining the aesthetic and structural integrity of our spaces through expert painting, patching, and repair work. You'll also collaborate closely with our skilled carpenters, gaining exposure to a variety of maintenance tasks and projects.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform high-quality painting of walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
  • Repair and patch drywall, plaster, and other finishes
  • Assist carpenters with general maintenance and repair tasks
  • Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and organized
  • Contribute to a positive and efficient team environment

What We're Looking For:

  • A detail-oriented and dependable individual with a strong work ethic
  • Experience in painting and basic maintenance or construction
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion

SAFETY SENSITIVE JOB CLASSIFICATION:

This job is classified as a "safety-sensitive" position as defined by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act.
