Quality l Integrity l Professionalism l ExcellenceStephens & Smith Construction Foundation Division is currently seeking a full-time dynamic and motivated Job Foreman to join our team. The Job Foreman has responsibility for fulfilling various laborer duties, including but not limited to supervising the installation of concrete foundation walls and form setting for residential and/or commercial job sites. Your expertise must demonstrate leadership by ensuring documentation, including Job Progress Reports and safety talks are timely and legally sound. Foreman must demonstrate proven leadership and maintain and guarantee Stephens & Smith quality, work ethics, and safety standards.Key Responsibilities (Includes, but not limited to):Plans, assigns, schedules, and supervises the work of concrete crew, laborers, truck drivers, and equipment operators engaged in the construction, reconstruction, and maintenance of projects.Shares the responsibility with the Supervisor actively participating in the pre-construction phase, ensuring that the project meets scheduling/budget demands, safety and quality expectations, and are in accordance with Company policies and practices.Contains the ability to lay-out, direct, and supervise construction sitesAssists the supervisor in loading and unloading materials and equipmentAddresses any unsafe conditions or behaviors within their capabilities and adhere to all safety proceduresComplies with the company's safety standards and practices, including but not limited to personal protective equipment (PPE), fall protection, and respirator requirements.Ability to work at elevated heights.Possess the capability to acquire knowledge and proficiency in all aspects of field operations, tools, and equipment, adhering to company personnel, production, and safety standards.Demonstrates exceptional work ethics, including punctuality, reliability, and honestyExhibits strong time management skills and meticulous attention to detailGoes above and beyond expectations to ensure the completion of tasks, surpassing the supervisor's expectationsTakes full accountability for all actions and their consequences.Respects diversity and authority, and applies the Golden Rule at all times.
