MedHires - **Director of Admissions / Hospital Marketer****Job Description:**Join our team as a dedicated and compassionate Director of Admissions / Hospital Marketer at our Skilled Nursing Facility. In this role, you will play a crucial part in increasing our facility's census and referral base through proactive sales and community engagement efforts.**Key Responsibilities:**- Conduct outside sales calls to hospitals, medical professionals, senior organizations, and community groups to promote our services and educate on bed availability.- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources to drive admissions and meet the needs of the community.- Intake information from referrals and clients in a professional manner, ensuring a seamless admission process.- Collaborate closely with the DON and Administrator to facilitate timely admissions decisions.- Train and coordinate in-house staff on admissions processes and serve as a resource for inquiries and tours.- Stay informed about federal and state regulations, Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, and managed care referral processes.- Monitor inquiry and admission trends to support continuous quality improvement initiatives.- Maintain a database of medical contacts and community resources, keeping abreast of industry trends and regulatory issues.- Assist in developing facility marketing materials such as brochures, press releases, and advertisements.**Qualifications:**- Preferably have sales and SNF community relations experience, particularly in SNF healthcare settings.- Excellent presentation and organizational skills.- Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong self-motivation.- Familiarity healthcare referral processes.- Proficiency in computer skills relevant to the role.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships.- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate sales responsibilities.**How to Apply:**If you are passionate about healthcare marketing and admissions, and have the required qualifications and experience, we encourage you to apply.
