Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team in the commercial flooring industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and overseeing projects from inception to completion in their designated territory.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the commercial flooring marketIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targetsManage the sales process from lead generation to closing dealsConduct site visits and assess customer needs to provide tailored flooring solutionsCollaborate with project management teams to ensure seamless execution of flooring projectsPrepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clientsStay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growthQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldProven experience in territory sales, preferably in the commercial flooring or construction industryStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to develop new business and maintain client relationshipsKnowledge of commercial flooring products and installation processes is a plusSelf-motivated with a strong drive for resultsBenefits- Base Salary: $70K-$110K- OTE: 150K-250K- Medical- Vision- Dental- 401K- Flexible schedule- Car allowance- Paid business expenses
