The Field Coordinator will also conduct energy audits, as well as supervise field Energy Auditors, ensuring the highest quality customer satisfaction on behalf of the client. Audits may include assessment of building performance, in-depth data collection, interface with multiple databases, installation of energy saving devices, customer energy savings education.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESConduct morning crew meetings and encourage team interactionEnsure that there are auditors available always to conduct daily auditsCoach, advise, and mentor crews where appropriateEnsure crews fulfill scheduled appointments by tracking real-time progress for all visitsMeasure and monitor quality assurance and time management of all assigned crews dailyHandle all assigned customer complaints related to auditsReplenish inventory in the field as neededEnsure auditors fully completeN.E.A.T.audit and product install information on their handheld tablets, the day of their visitsPerform daily reviews on all crew consultation and install information for accuracyMeasure and monitor consultants and installers time and effectivenessWork as an auditor when neededReview and approve all crew time off requestPerforms related work as requiredQUALIFICATIONS2 years prior supervisory experienceAt least 1 year of weatherization experiencePreferred Building Performance Institute (BPI) analyst certification or HVAC installation and repairField experience in related disciplines including HVAC, HVAC-R, Building Sciences, or Energy AuditingKnowledge working in the utility industry or with energy management programsTraining in weatherization and energy efficiency principals and techniquesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable working in an urban and rural setting with people of diverse backgroundExercises good judgment and maintains safety alwaysAble to lead, motivate, be diplomatic, and build a positive rapport with customersCommunicate with technical and non-technical individualsWork independently and/or as a team memberAble to work a flexible schedule, including some later evenings and weekendsAbility to bend, stoop and reachAble to learn and work with new technology (e.g. handheld data devices)Current drivers license and good driving record a mustMust be able to pass the criminal background check and drug screening
