Founded in 2013, we are a leading construction company with licenses across the nation specializing in Debris Flow, Rockfall Mitigation, Slope Stabilization, Difficult Drilling, and more...We are actively seeking a Traveling Superintendent with drilling, rockfall, ground improvement, and/or specialty geotechnical construction experience to join our team today. This person will be expected to travel in the Eastern US (East of the Mississippi River) 3 weeks on, 1 week off. Because the role is salaried, you are still paid the off week at your base salary. This person will be working alongside a crew as its leader and will be responsible for the quality and production of projects.ResponsibilitiesLeading and managing the on-site construction teamParticipate in the project management functionsSchedule and monitor field productivityAttending meetings with ClientsHave working knowledge of owner contract, subcontracts, and purchase ordersPlacing orders for materials and being responsible for equipment and materials on siteKnow the scheduled delivery dates for all critical path material and equipmentHelp with submittal processFollowing the project timeline to ensure deadlines are metMaintaining records for site personnel such as daily field reports, daily progress photographs, field orders and RFIsRequired3+ years in geotechnical constructionExperience as a Superintendent requiredAbility to interpret the scope, specification/blueprints, and timeliness of customer plans while meeting profitability goals established by the companyValid Driver's License (valid Class A CDL preferred)Ability to travel with schedule flexibilityBenefitsCompetitive Compensation PackageMedical/Dental/VisionPTO + Holidays Annual BonusStock ownership programVeteran Hiring ProgramEmployees are expected to work 3 weeks on, 1 week off.
