Responsibilities Coordinate with the Operations Manager for assignment of Superintendent and Foreman positions. Assign and coordinate all trade field assignments to meet project needs. Support the Superintendent throughout the duration of the job. Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foremen; ensure critical activities stay on task and ROJ dates are provided to the project management team. Document project field issues impacting budget, quality, or schedule and provide to the project management team. Respond to subcontractor requests for field issues affecting budget, quality, or schedule. Oversee development and maintenance of a Resource Allocation Control System (RACS). Provide guidance in the implementation of the Project QA/QC program. Identify Self-Perform opportunities and assist in the development of Self-Perform proposals; manage Self-Perform performance. Collaborate with the Business Unit Safety Director to implement the BU Safety Program. Review ReCAP progress for field trades personnel and maintain a progression/succession plan for high-potential tradespeople. Manage training for tradesmen. Support Business Development, Estimating, and Project Executives with operational plans for pursuits. Assist in development of logistics plans and schedules during pre-construction and early project activities. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is estimated to be $180,000 - $220,000 annualized, with flexible benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, wellness benefits, a voluntary legal plan, identity theft protection, life insurance, and short-term and long-term disability coverage. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of ten years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience. Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Office, SAP, SharePoint, etc. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to travel 50%+ of the time. Physical Demands and Work Environment Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Physical activities include climbing stairs, ladders, standing, bending, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. On-site construction work may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and loud noise levels.
