Travel:20% Domestic and/or International TravelQualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management/ENG, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in sourcing and procurement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the medical device/Pharma industry.Skills:Strong negotiation and contract management skills.Excellent leadership and team management abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.In-depth knowledge of the medical device industry and regulatory environment.Proven track record of successful sourcing and procurement strategies.Planning Systems: Demonstrated knowledge and experience with planning system implementation.
