Plumbing Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all aspects of mechanical and plumbing projects for institutional, educational, and commercial clients.As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for client satisfaction and successful field execution. You will manage project progress, accuracy, and performance within the agreed scope, budget, and schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all phases of mechanical/plumbing projects from start to close-out.Review estimates, negotiated pricing, and scope of work.Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and manage budgets.Purchase subcontractor and vendor services within cost parameters.Develop and maintain project schedules aligned with GC timelines.Coordinate drawings and pre-fabrication processes.Document schedule deviations and scope changes; provide timely cost impact pricing.Manage change orders and ensure GC agreement.Submit monthly requisitions and approve invoices.Ensure timely and accurate project close-out.Desired Skills & ExperienceDegree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.4-7 years managing mechanical projects.Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Sage and Bluebeam a plus.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and a positive team player.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
