We are looking for a Consultant I to support comprehensive oversight reviews of FTA recipients. We are looking for a motivated individual, who will work with a team to navigate review challenges, work with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to an environment where the entire team can be successful.What You Will Do:Responsible for assisting with Comprehensive Oversight ReviewLeading or assisting with Special Assignment, Technical Assistance, and Corrective Action Support tasksDrafting reports and technical memorandaAssisting with the development of program and training content in alignment with FTA policy and guidanceParticipating in conference calls, meetings, and conferences, as neededAttending and providing expertise during recipient workshopsOther responsibilities to ensure successful execution of all work assignmentsWhat You Will Need:Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learningMinimum of 5 years of professional experience with progressively increasing responsibilityExperience in compliance testing and/or audit rolesKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesDemonstrated ability to identify risks in the management of public transit, verify if requirements are complied with, and present solutions to any identified concernsAbility to explain complex topics or requirements to non-expert audiencesAbility to locate root causes of issues, research multiple issues simultaneously, and to write comprehensive, accurate, and concise reports in a timely fashionCapable of giving professional oral presentationsStrong analytical and training skillsSalary: $60-66k
