MORITZ DIFFERENCE is our PEOPLE.From the first level security officer to the CEO, St. Moritz is committed from the top down to provide the highest level of service possible.Job Skills / RequirementsFlex Security Officer (All Shifts)Location: Walton, KYJob Type: Flexible | On-CallSchedule: All Days & All Shifts | Open Availability RequiredHours: Part-Time hours with the potential for up to 40 hours per weekPay Rate: $16.32 per hourRequirements:Security experience requiredFlex/on-call security experience preferredMust be on-call and available to cover shifts as neededOpen availability for all shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidaysAbility to remain alert, proactive, and dependable across varied assignmentsJob Description:We are seeking experienced and reliable Flex Security Officers to support our Walton, KY facility across all shifts. Flex Officers fill in for call-offs, vacations, and staffing gaps, and must be on-call with fully open availability. This role requires adaptability and readiness to work any shift, including overnight hours. Depending on staffing needs, flex officers may receive part-time hours or up to full-time (40 hours per week).Flex Security Officers maintain a secure environment by actively monitoring the premises, performing patrols, and responding professionally to incidents.Key Responsibilities:Fill in at various posts across all shifts as needed (day, evening, and overnight)Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct routine patrols to ensure safety and securityRespond promptly to alarms, incidents, and disturbancesMaintain a visible security presence to deter unwanted activity and uphold orderInspect doors, windows, and access points to ensure proper securityDocument activities and accurately report incidents or concernsAssist in emergency situations when requiredEnforce facility rules, regulations, and safety policiesProvide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors#IND1Education Requirements (All)HS DiplomaGED or H.S. Equivalent
