Century Group is partnering with a hospitality company who is seeking an Accounting Manager. This position will be fully onsite in their Santa Barbara office and is contract-to-hire. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $47 to $50 per hour.Job Description: Directs and coordinates the activities of the Corporate Accounts Payable Team Responsible for hiring, conducting performance evaluations, disciplinary measures, and terminations of the staff Assures that the duties and responsibilities of each job are clearly defined, effective and communicated to the staff Prepares Payroll related accounting entries and reconciliations Assists in development of annual budgets Maintains and monitors the fixed asset depreciation system Requirements: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and documents Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Applications Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field and a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience and/or training with five years previous experience as a manager REF48055#LI-POST#ZR
