If you are interested, please APPLY now.Summary:The Apprentice Plumber is responsible for diagnosing and repairing plumbing equipment in both residential and commercial environments. This position will inspect the effectiveness and safety of the plumbing system. You will lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions by providing extraordinary customer service.Our Rewards:Generous payAdvanced technology401(k) with fully vested company matchMedical, Dental, and Vision insuranceHealth Savings and Flexible Spending accountsVariety of ancillary benefitsPaid time offProfessional developmentEmployee discountsEssential Job Duties:Diagnose and provide detailed plumbing repair solutions to customersObtains agreement for services before performing workCompletes all required documentation on services and may collect, record, and deliver fees to the officePerforms pipe inspection with camerasUnclogs sewers, kitchen and bathroom sinks, tubs, toilets, etc. using plumbing snakes and machinesMaintains service truck with adequate inventory and vehicle maintenanceOther Duties:Performs other duties as requestedKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas related to policies and procedures and provide guidance to management and employees, verbally and in writingAbility to follow safety standardsAbility to manage time effectively and efficientlyAbility to multitaskRegular and reliable attendanceMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPossess a valid driver's licenseEligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipPreferred Qualifications (not required):Any plumbing certificationsPhysical Demands:Ability to operate tablet, mobile phone and other field equipment as neededAbility to read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, concentrate, learn, and workAbility to lift/carry up to 100lbs repeatedly during work hoursAbility to climb up and down ladders and/or step stools repeatedly during work hoursAbility to sit/stand for long periods of time during work hoursAbility to work in small, confined dark spaces such as crawl spaces, attics, etc.Ability to work in a wide range of temperatures (indoor/outdoor)Ability to travel up to 75% of the time between job sites and customer locationsAbility to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodationLicense/Certification:Driver's License (Required)
